Her area of focus is foot pain/ biomechanics, orthotics, soft tissue surgery, ingrown toe nail treatment and injection therapy.
She holds certification and training in Biomechanics from Harvard Spaulding National Running Center, Ultrasound Guided Injection Therapy, Surgical training in Ingrown Toe Nail and Soft Tissue from The Royal College of Podiatry in the UK.

Andrew Lam is a Chiropodist, Physiotherapist, and a Registered Massage Therapist.
After completing his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, Andrew decided to pursue a path into health care. Beginning his career with a Diploma of Massage Therapy at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, then completing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at D’Youville College in Buffalo and completing his education at the Michener Institute for an Advanced Diploma in Chiropody.
In his personal time, Andrew enjoys volleyball, soccer, and swimming. With his experiences Andrew utilizes his understanding of biomechanics to get his patients back to sport.

Dr. Ashkan completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Prior to this, he received his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of Toronto. During his undergraduate studies, Dr. Ash was an executive member at Exercise is Medicine, promoting the importance of exercise and physical activity to students and the general population. As a former athlete himself, he understands the challenges athletes experience following an injury. Thus, he values the importance of patient education and injury prevention as fundamental components of his treatment. During his master’s degree, he completed his capstone project on developing evidence-based exercise prescription guideline for patients undergoing hemodialysis. Such experience working with a wide spectrum of clientele has enabled him to appreciate the importance of inter-professional collaboration with other regulated healthcare providers.
Dr. Ash is a firm believer in individualized patient-centred care. He is certified in contemporary acupuncture, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, and concussion management. Allen Frankel began his training at the University of Toronto and attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, where he received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree in 1984. He completed a Surgical Residency program at Warminster General Hospital, near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, acquiring expertise in Laser and Minimal Incision Surgery (MIS). Allen also participated in the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University Sports Medicine Clinics, where he gained significant experience treating professional athletes.
Allen holds Associate Member status in the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons (ABPS) and the American College of Foot Surgeons (ACFAS).
