Stephani Oolup completed her Master of Physiotherapy Studies degree at The University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia in 2015. Following, she worked in a hospital as a Physiotherapist before returning home to Canada. Prior, Stephani received a Bachelor of Medical Sciences, Honors Specialization Physiology degree at Western University.
Through her education, in conjunction with having always loved being physically active, Stephani thoroughly understands movement requirements for a variety of sports. From team sports such as volleyball, to a more recent focus on independent ones such as running, snowboarding, weight training and more, she understands first-hand the stresses these activities place on the body, and possible injuries that can occur.

Kaitlin Phillips completed her Masters of Physical Therapy at Western University in London, Ontario in 2017. She received a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Cumberland University in Tennessee while playing varsity soccer.
Throughout Kaitlin’s career as a soccer player, she had several minor injuries and witnessed a wide range of other, more debilitating injuries. Experiencing and seeing these injuries first hand has given her a greater understanding of the physical and mental aspects associated with the inability to participate in sport/activities of daily living.
Kaitlin Phillips completed her ACSM personal training certification; therefore, her approach to treatment begins with looking at the entire body as a whole and focusing on improving movement patterns and alignment. Alex earned his BHSc. Kinesiology from Ontario Tech University as a varsity athlete on the men’s hockey team. As a former student athlete, Alex has a large appreciation for the mental and physical preparation of being a high performance athlete. Struggles with injuries ultimately shortened his playing career and led him to place his passion for sport into injury prevention and rehab. After stepping away from the game in a player capacity, Alex began working with the varsity athletes at OTU as a strength coach and a member of the varsity athletic therapy team; gaining him front-line exposure to sport injury management. His experience as a strength coach alongside his fourth-year athletic therapy placement have given him opportunities in managing the recovery and performance needs of junior, varsity, and professional athletes.
Alex works mainly with professional hockey and soccer players in their off-season, and travels with Tennis Canada’s Davis Cup team throughout the year. Dr. Meghan Crookshank is a sport and exercise medicine primary care physician. Prior to attending medical school at the University of Toronto, she enjoyed the world of biological engineering and completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering (University of Guelph), her Master’s of Science in Engineering (Queen’s University), and her PhD at the Institute of Biomaterials and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Toronto with much of her research focusing on orthopaedic biomechanics and computer-assisted orthopaedic surgery. She then made the shift to medical school and, upon its completion, she completed two years of residency in orthopaedic surgery (University of Toronto) before making the transition to family medicine (University of Toronto) and, finally, completing her fellowship in sport and exercise medicine at the University of Toronto. She has had the pleasure of providing medical coverage for a variety of teams and events through her training, such as with the Varsity Blues football, volleyball, and hockey teams and truly enjoys this aspect of her work. Katerina graduated from York University with both, Kinesiology and Psychology degrees. During university she worked as a personal trainer and then went on to work as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Katerina decided she wasn’t finished learning and chose to pursue physiotherapy. She received her Masters in Physical Therapy from D’Youville College in New York State and returned to Toronto to start her career. Throughout her career, Katerina has had great mentors and has actively participated in post-graduate education. As a result she has an extensive background in exercise. She has taken numerous manual therapy courses, is a medical acupuncture provider, and is a Nordic Pole Walking, TRX, and Pilates instructor.
Over the span of her career, Katerina has gained experience with the young and old alike, fit and frail, athletes and desk jockeys.
